How Can I Install Bi-Passing Doors?

There are a few ways that we can do that configuration. It depends on the size, how many doors you want to bipass, and what the doors are made out of.

The easiest way to go about it is to use “Box Track”.

Typically, when we do bipassing doors, we use box track, which is like pocket door sliding door hardware where the track is a U shape and the roller rolls inside the track.

There’s a double wall bracket, which is basically a bracket that gets attached to the wall that holds two pieces of track next to each of each other, parallel to the wall.

You have one door hanging on each track, so then they’ll be able to slide back and forth, in front and behind each other.

We do those on a case by case basis.

Call in and tell us what the opening size is and what kind of configuration you want, and I’ll give you some options.

We’ll put a kit together for you. We’ll pick the sliding door hardware that will best match your application.
